Complete the Online Application Form

Fill out our detailed form with your personal information, aviation history, and desired course. Attach digital copies of the requested documents (licenses, medical certificate, passport, etc.).

Application Review

Our admissions team will review your application and documents to confirm your eligibility. We may contact you if additional information is needed.

Acceptance Letter and Payment

If approved, you will receive an official Acceptance Letter with course details, dates, costs, and instructions for paying the initial deposit or full amount, according to the program policy.

Visa Process (International Students)

If you require a student visa (M-1), we will provide the necessary documentation (Form I-20) after payment confirmation, along with general guidance on the consular process. Obtaining the visa is the student's responsibility.

Arrival Preparation

Once everything is confirmed, our team will offer support with information on accommodation, transportation, and tips for your stay in Miami.

GENERAL PREREQUISITES

English Proficiency

Operational level (ICAO Level 4 or equivalent) is essential, as all training and materials are in English, per FAA regulations.

FAA or Converted Licenses

Verification of license validity and suitability for the chosen program.

Valid Passport

Valid passport with M1 Visa, Permanent Card or Work Authorization (if required).

Course Specific

Minimum flight hours, specific experience, etc.
